Municipal Court

COVID-19 Update: August 11, 2021 – City Hall staff are working their regular schedule and are available in person or by phone to assist. If you have questions that need immediate attention, please contact the Court Clerk at or by phone at 940-398-7301.

The Krum Municipal Court is holding hearings using the Zoom video conferencing software. Should you wish to request a court date, this process is expected to allow you to have the same service from the court as you would have, had you come to your hearing in person.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), older adults and people with chronic medical conditions are at higher risk of serious illness from COVID-19. As the City continues to monitor the developing impact of COVID-19 in Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth area, additional precautions may be taken in the future to limit the risk to the community, including adjustments to other City facilities and services. We will continue to keep you informed.

We appreciate your understanding as we move forward while providing the most efficient quality of service during this time.

The Municipal Court meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month virtually at 5:30 p.m. for the general docket.

Fines may be paid at City Hall from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday (closed for lunch between 1 and 2 p.m.) and 7:30 to 11 a.m. on Friday.
